This is based on trying to recreate a low fat, low point version of
the rosemary cornbread at the House of Blues.

1 cup whole-grain yellow cornmeal
1 cup all-purpose flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp table salt
1 tbsp Egg Beaters Frozen Egg Substitute
1 cup fat-free skim milk
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup cooked frozen corn kernels
1 tbsp rosemary
2 average jalapeno pepper(s)
Mix it all together just until it is completely mixed. I put it in
NON-preheated 450 degree oven. Baked for 20-25 min.
If you want a little more sweetness, add some Splenda. Use fresh rosemary
for the best flavor.
