Thai Basil Chicken

Serve with rice or over pasta.

8 oz Tyson Basted Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/4 leaves basil
3 clove garlic clove(s)
2 medium jalapeno pepper(s)
1 tbsp mint leaves
1 tsp sugar
1/3 small onion(s)
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 cup fat-free chicken broth


Spray a frying pan with Pam and saute onions, garlic, and pepper in chicken broth. Cut chicken into pieces. Add to fry pan and stir fry until cooked. Sprinkle in remaining ingredients. Serve over rice.

Points do not include rice. Rice is generally 4 points for 1 cup.
