Skinny Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp parsley
1 clove garlic clove(s)
4 cube chicken broth or bouillon, dry
4 cup water
5 serving white potato, 1 small

Instructions

Cut and peel (if desired) potatoes into cubes. Add to saucepan with broth. Add garlic cloves. Boil until potatoes are tender. Drain excess broth (reserve). Mash potatoes to desired consistency adding broth is needed. Add parsely.
