Joan's breakfast bread pudding

Ingredients

2 Slices Sara Lee Delightful Whole Grain Bread
2 egg whites from large egg, or servings egg white egg beaters*
1/4 cup skim milk or Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze
1 packet splenda or other sweetener (da Vinci's syrup is great)
1 tsp cinnamon (or more, as desired)
1/2 cup blackberries
dash salt

Instructions

Spray a baking dish with Pam. Tear up bread into dish. Sprinkle with salt and cinnamon. Mix together eggs and milk. (If you're core you could use 1 whole egg). Pour mixture over bread and mush around a bit so bread soaks it up. Add berries.

Bake in oven at 450 for 20 minutes until top browns slightly.

*If using Egg Beaters, check the ingredients for onion salt or other savory spices.

If you use skim milk add 15 calories.
