Best Cranberry Relish

12 oz cranberries
1 medium orange(s)
2 medium apple(s)
4 cup McNeil Specialty Products Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground allspice
1 cup water


Core and cut up apples. Peel the orange with a sharp knife trying to get as little of the white as possible.

Slice into thin strips. Cut up orange into chunks, removing as much white as possible.

Pour water into a saucepan. Add cranberries, oranges, spices, orange peels, and apples.

Bring to boil. Simmer for half an hour until everything is soft and well mixed and cranberries have

broken and given up their color.

Add splenda (or use stevia) to taste.
