Green Beans and Button Mushrooms

18 oz frozen cut green beans
2 g scallion(s)
8 oz button mushrooms
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp all-purpose flour
3 tbsp broth, any type


Cook frozen green beans according to the package directions; drain and place in a serving dish. Meanwhile, saute green onion in broth over medium heat until tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and lemon juice. Cook, stirring constantly, until the mushrooms are tender and releasing their moisture, 5 to 7 minutes. Combine paprika and flour. Sprinkle over the mushrooms and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add mushroom mixture to green beans, tossing lightly to mix. Serve immediately.
