1 toasted wheat english muffin
2 items egg white(s)
1 slice Center Cut Bacon
1 Tbsp scallion(s)
1 wedge Low Fat Laughing Cow Cheese
Toast muffin and warm laughing cow so it is spreadable.
Chop onions and put into dry saute pan with one slice of bacon (25
calories). Saute together until bacon is nearly done. Add egg whites.
Cook over med until almost set. Set laughing cow wedge (the lf is 35
cal per wedge, so just use one for half a point) onto egg whites and
fold eggs mixture over. Slide onto toasted muffin. Enjoy!
