Tory's other banana bran muffins

1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup Sugar Twin Brown Sugar sweetener
1/4 cup Sugar Twin Calorie free sweetener or Splenda
1/2 tsp table salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 egg
2 items egg white(s)
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp five-spice powder
4 medium banana(s)
1 cup General Mills Fiber One


Mix together dry ingredients except Fiber One. Beat eggs slightly. Mix eggs into dry ingredients. Mash bananas and add bananas to mixture. Fold in Fiber One.

Put into muffin tins.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until they're ready.

Special Notes

I use sugar twin brown sugar substitute and Splenda. You can also take about 1/4 cup rolled oats, 1 Tbs brown sugar (substitute if you would like), cinnamon and mix it together and sprinkle on top of the muffins. It adds no points.
